6. John BOHANNON. Born on April 27, 1755 in Virginia. John died in Shelby County, Kentucky on July 10, 1832; he was 77.

On January 7, 1774 when John was 18, he married Helen COOK, daughter of William COOK Jr. (circa 1730-before May 22, 1790) & Margaret JONES (circa 1734-1797), in Pittsylvania County, Virginia. Born in 1756 in Virginia. Helen died in Shelby County, Kentucky in 1837; she was 81.

They had the following children:

ii. Margaret.
iii. Rachel. Born circa 1780. Rachel died in Probably Gallatin County, Kentucky before 1819; she was 39.
On April 22, 1798 when Rachel was 18, she married Robert MONTGOMERY, in Woodford County, Kentucky.

7. Joshua BOHANNON. Born in December 1757 in Virginia. Joshua died before 1781; he was 23.

circa 1778 when Joshua was 20, he married Rhoda COOK, daughter of William COOK Jr. (circa 1730-before May 22, 1790) & Margaret JONES (circa 1734-1797). Born circa 1760 in Virginia.

They had one child:

8. Henry BOHANNON. Born on July 7, 1767 in Virginia. Henry died circa 0181 in White County, Tennessee.

circa 1783 when Henry was 15, he married Mary MATLOCK, in Henry County, Virginia. Born about 1769 in White, Tennessee.

They had the following children:
i. Sarah. Born in July 1787.
ii. Elizabeth. Born on January 8, 1789.
iii. John. Born on March 19, 1790 in Tennessee. John died in Putnam County, Tennessee on April 16, 1861; he was 71.
On January 14, 1812 when John was 21, he married Sarah PRIOR. Born in 1790 in White, Tennessee.
iv. Polly. Born in February 1793.
v. William. Born on January 11, 1795 in Tennessee. William died in Putnam County, Tennessee on November 20, 1871; he was 76.
On January 9, 1815 when William was 19, he married Polly JOB. Born in 1795 in Winchester, Franklin, Tennessee.

vii. Thomas. Born on December 5, 1799 in Tennessee. Thomas died in White County, Tennessee circa 1841; he was 41.
Thomas married Perdine BARLETT. Born in 1799.

9. Elizabeth BOHANNON. Born on May 20, 1769 in Virginia. Elizabeth died in Hickman County, Kentucky on August 2, 1821; she was 52.

On September 1, 1785 when Elizabeth was 16, she first married Jesse COOK, son of William COOK Jr. (circa 1730-before May 22, 1790) & Margaret JONES (circa 1734-1797), in Henry County, Virginia. Born circa 1765 in Virginia. Jesse died in Woodford County, Kentucky on April 28, 1792; he was 27.

They had the following children:
i. William B.. Born in 1787/1792. William B. died on June 15, 1835; he was 48.
On February 14, 1811 when William B. was 24, he married Elizabeth "Betsy" SACRA, in Shelby County, Kentucky.
ii. Seth. Born in 1785/1792.
On December 23, 1815 when Seth was 30, he married Nancy JACKSON, in Franklin County, Kentucky.

In 1793 when Elizabeth was 23, she second married Joseph Morris EDRINGTON, in Woodford County, Kentucky. Born in 1769 in Louisa County, Virginia.

They had the following children:
