Date: 29 July 1779

William Cundiff alias William Elliott - 100 acres of land whereon he now lives likewise one-half of my wearing apparel.

Son: Reuben Elliott - the remainder of my land to be by him possessed at the marriage or death of my beloved Wife.. one half of waring Clothes, one grey mare, one saddle which he hath now...

Son: Thomas Elliott - one Negro girl named Alice when he arrives at the age of 21 years, one mare colt that came of the Mare given to my son Reubin - one good saddle and bridle, one feather bed & furniture.

Wife: Ruth Elliott - land unto my beloved wife - after my just debts and funeral expenses are discharged all the remainder of my Estate for the use and maintenance of my younger children - during her life of Widowhood and after her marriage or decease my will and desire is that the remainder aforesaid may be equally divided between William Cundiff alias William Elliott and the rest of my Sons and Daughters Viz; Reubin Elliott, Thomas Elliott, Ann Roberson, Elizabeth Elliott, Mildred Elliott, Jemima Elliott and Molly Elliott.

Exor: loving wife Ruth Elliott, together with her Son William Cundiff alias William Elliott, and John Obanon.
