Mrs. Mary Ann Addams-Late consort of Dr. A. Addams; died Oct. 9, 1834, in 31st year of her life. In her arms rests her new born babe (a daughter), and by her side lie her two sons.

These bodies were placed on concrete, on Feb. 28, 1909, in the Charles Lair Family Vault, built in 1845, blown out of solid rock. with iron door, and marble slab over door, with inscription: "Please do not disturb the remains of the sleeping dead, A. D., 1845." Located on Charles Lair's farm on Licking river, in Harrison County, Ky., about one and a half miles from Lair Station. Two marble slabs are placed in front of the concrete giving the names and dates above. There are also two bodies, daughters of Charles and Sarah (Anderson) Lair, in stone coffins, in the front part of the vault. One has the following inscription: "Within this coffin rests the mortal remains of Eliza Redmon, wife of George Redmon, and dau. of Charles and Sally Lair, who departed this life June 11, A D. 1847, in the 27th year of her life." The other: "Cinthy, wife of John Redmon, died July 22, 1845; aged 22 years.
